Eligible Cases

Duplicate charges, incorrect billing, or proven service failure for paid features may qualify for refunds.

Non-Eligible Cases

Partial usage, change of mind, or policy violations generally do not qualify for refunds.

Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are initiated within 5-7 business days and final credit depends on your payment provider.
